healthiest advice for the day

julianne hough's healthiest advice
http://www.seventeen.com/cm/seventeen/images/31/Julianne-Hough-Workout.gifThe new "got milk" postergirl and Footloosestar sat down with Seventeen to talk about eating healthy, and staying in shape (even when she doesn't have the time or space to dance!). Here's her best advice for you.
17: You're obviously really active and healthy, but what's your nutrition plan like?
JH: I try to eat lots of proteins and vegetables, and I try to eat pretty clean.  If Ido want to indulge in cupcakes, like I did last night, then I won't deprive myself, because I've found that it's just worse for you.  So I'll allow myself to have what I want.
17: Is there anything that's totally off limits for you?
JH: Not really, but I do try to stay away from bread as much as possible because I know that once I start, I won't be able to stop. I'll eat the whole loaf!
17: And with your crazy schedule, how do you find the time to keep dancing?
JH: It's hard to dance when I'm not doing it for something because it obviously takes up a bit of room, but I have my workout DVDs, which you can do in a small space.  So I'll turn those on and dance to them. It's kind of funny working out to yourself. And then I've done the Tracy Anderson method, which is kind of great. I hate the gym more than anything, so if I know I won't be able to work out, I just eat a little more carefully. And I do sit-ups in my hotel room.
